Active ingredients: 

• Melissa (Melissa officinalis) -  Lamiacea tannis are said to have a calming effect of the nervous and digestive systems, which relieves sleep disturbances, nervous gastrointestinal or cadiovascular somplaints and colds.

• Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) - The flavonoids of passionflower are said to have a calming effect in nervous restlessness, tension, irritability, and fears. This relieves sleep disorders, depressive moods, tension, gastrointestinal, heart problems and high blood pressure.

• African black bean (Griffonia simplicifolia) - The mood-enhancing and sleep-promoting effect is attributed to 5-hydroxytryptophan and supports the nervous system.

Important note: do not combine with drugs that interfere with serotonin metabolism. These include: antidepressants, opioids, dextrometorphan, antiemetics and triptans. This can induce serotonin syndrome.

• Hops (Humulus Iupulus) - The contained bitter substances are said to support sleep and its rhythm.  
• Pantothenic acid- helps the synthesis of the metabolism of one’s own neurotransmitters.

• Vitamin B6, B12 und Magnesium - Can reduce fatigue, promote energy metabolism, the nervous system and normal muscle function.

• Melatonin - Contributes to a shortened time to fall asleep and reduces the feeling of jet lag.
