Lactoferrin ist ein natürlich vorkommendes Protein, das in Körperflüssigkeiten wie Muttermilch, Speichel und Tränen enthalten ist. Es wird auch in Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln isoliert und verwendet. Lactoferrin hat eine Vielzahl von potenziellen gesundheitlichen Vorteilen:
Immunmodulation: Lactoferrin kann das Immunsystem stimulieren und eine entzündungshemmende Wirkung haben. Eine Studie aus dem Jahr 2017 ergab, dass die Supplementation mit Lactoferrin bei älteren Erwachsenen zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung der Immunfunktion führte, indem sie die Anzahl der Immunzellen erhöhte und die Produktion von entzündungsfördernden Molekülen reduzierte (PMID:33401580).
Antimikrobielle Wirkung: Lactoferrin hat antimikrobielle Eigenschaften und kann helfen, das Wachstum von Bakterien, Viren und Pilzen zu hemmen. Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass Lactoferrin das Wachstum von pathogenen Bakterien wie Escherichia coli und Helicobacter pylori hemmen kann (PMID:27268707).
Antioxidative Wirkung: Lactoferrin wirkt als Antioxidans, das dabei helfen kann, oxidativen Stress im Körper zu reduzieren. Studien haben gezeigt, dass Lactoferrin freie Radikale neutralisieren kann und somit Zellschäden verhindert (PMID:34444652).
Darmschutz: Lactoferrin kann den Darmtrakt schützen und seine Gesundheit fördern. Es wurde die Rolle von Lactoferrin bei chronisch entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen untersucht (PMID:33685299).
Unterstützung des Eisenstoffwechsels: Lactoferrin ist ein Eisen-bindendes Protein und kann den Eisenstoffwechsel im Körper regulieren. Es kann helfen, Eisenmangel vorzubeugen oder zu behandeln. Es könnte eine vielversprechende Alternative und Ergänzung zu Eisenpräparaten sein und eine Rolle bei der Vorbeugung und Behandlung von Eisenanämie während der Schwangerschaft spielen, indem es mit den Mechanismen der Eisenhomöostase interagiert (PMID:28933602).

How it all began …
The beginning of Dynamik Plus was, as is so often, a result of chance and necessity. We are athletes and entrepreneurs, but first and foremost people with a penchant for perfectionism, a good dose of inquisitiveness and a very strong moral compass.
Our ideas originated in the fact that we, as professional athletes and entrepreneurs, very often lived life to the limit, physically as well as mentally.
Whether physically or mentally, the challenge to be a successful person lies in continuity and wholeness. In business coaching or as sports trainers, we repeatedly faced situations in which, in addition to willpower and focus, regeneration and performance was an issue for ourselves as well as for our clients or students due to a lack of vitamins, minerals or trace elements.
We hardly found anything on the market that fulfilled our expectations and our understanding of outstanding quality. Even if it was only small details, we could not say YES without compromising our values.
So it was obvious: the only way to realise our understanding of perfection was to do it ourselves. After many discussions with alternative health practitioners, sports physicians and nutrition specialists, the decision was made and Dynamik Plus was born.
Why we attach so much importance to natural raw materials of the highest organic quality, in addition to ethics and morals, is anchored in our origins. We have long searched in vain for suitable food supplements for ourselves.
