Unsere Bio Rohkakao Nibs sind kleine Bruchstücke der ungerösteten Kakaobohne. Sie werden schonend bei niedriger Temperatur (<45 °C) fermentiert und getrocknet. Dank minimaler Verarbeitung behalten die Nibs die volle Kraft des Kakaos. Die Nibs eignen sich optimal für Smoothies, zum Backen und als besondere Zutat in Deinen Bowls.
Der Rohkakao wird in Kleinbauern-Kooperationen biologisch angebaut. Wir legen besonderen Wert auf fair-trade Kriterien der Entlohnung unserer Produzenten und einen nachhaltigen Anbau zum Schutz von Menschen und Umwelt.
Durch den Pestizid- und Düngerfreien Anbau schützen wir die Kleinbauern und diese wiederum die wertvollen Böden, auch durch einen Anbau in Mischkulturen für eine langfristige Nutzung.
Rohkakao
Das Gerücht, dass Schokolade Glücklich macht, kann durch die Effekte von Rohkakao im Körper bestätigt werden. Dieser besitzt eine günstige Auswirkung auf kognitive Funktionen und die Stimmung. Nach dem Konsum konnte in Studien ein verbesserter zerebraler Blutfluss und Blutoxygenerierung festgestellt werden. Durch eine dauerhafte Einnahme konnte bei jungen Erwachsenen eine bessere kognitive Leistung durch einen erhöhten Wert an Neurotrophinen vermerkt werden (PMID: 33265948).
Zudem hat Kakao einen hohen Anteil an Flavonoiden wie Katechin, Epicatechin und Procyanidine, welche als Antioxidantien wirken. Die Kakao Polyphenole wirken zudem antientzündlich und können eine direkte positive Auswirkung auf Insulinresistenz und somit das Diabetesrisiko haben. Darüber hinaus kann der Konsum von Kakao redoxsensitive Signalwege stimulieren, welche beteiligt sind an der Genexpression und der Immunantwort. Auch Nervenverletzungen und -entzündungen und Hautschäden durch UV-Strahlung sind vorteilhafte Effekte des Kakao (PMID: 21470061).
Kakao Flavonoide sollen das Risiko, unter chronischen Krankheiten zu leiden reduzieren. Hierzu zählen Herz-Kreislauf-Krankheiten, Stoffwechselstörungen und Krebs (PMID: 33722594).

The beginning of Dynamik Plus was, as is so often, a result of chance and necessity. We are athletes and entrepreneurs, but first and foremost people with a penchant for perfectionism, a good dose of inquisitiveness and a very strong moral compass.

In business coaching or as sports trainers, we repeatedly faced situations in which, in addition to willpower and focus, regeneration and performance was an issue for ourselves as well as for our clients or students due to a lack of vitamins, minerals or trace elements.
We hardly found anything on the market that fulfilled our expectations and our understanding of outstanding quality. Even if it was only small details, we could not say YES without compromising our values.
So it was obvious: the only way to realise our understanding of perfection was to do it ourselves. After many discussions with alternative health practitioners, sports physicians and nutrition specialists, the decision was made and Dynamik Plus was born.
Why we attach so much importance to natural raw materials of the highest organic quality, in addition to ethics and morals, is anchored in our origins. We have long searched in vain for suitable food supplements for ourselves. Whether it was the capsule, the lubricant in the encapsulation, the formula or the raw material itself - we always ended up having a problem with a small but fine detail.
